Creative: Group Sales Order Form

Here is a copy of a current Group Sales order form for the Valley View Casino Center. As a marketing intern there, I regularly had to create forms similar to this. I was required to find pictures representative of the act, as well as include all of the correct information about the event from pricing to discount pass codes.

Red Dress Gala

One of the annual and most imporatant events put on by my sorority, Alpha Phi, is the Red Dress Gala. This is a philanthropy event benefitting the American Heart Association and we contribute by holding a large gala with various members of the community. At this gala we hold a silent auction to raise money for the AHA which is why this event is so important.

I was a member of the Marketing Team in 2009. During this year, the team chose to reach out to local business near the school campus in hopes of combining efforts to raise even more money for the cause. This turned out to be extremely beneficial for us. One of the companies we reached out to was Z Pizza in Linda Vista. They agreed to donate 25% of the proceeds of a customer's entire order to benefit the AHA.
